Job Description:

As an Agent at Quality Logistics Transportation, you will be the primary point of contact for current clients and responsible for developing new clients. An Agent at Quality Logistics stays in touch with the operations team on continual basis whether by email or phone. Quality Logistics provides access to multiple load boards and to our transportation management software which is where all loads are booked through. As the liaison for the shipper, the carrier and the client, strong communication skills are a must.

LTL and Partial Service Features Requirements:

Must be motivated and customer service oriented
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years Transportation/Logistics Industry experience (preferred)
Current and Active customer base
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and navigate TMS software
Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
Access to phone, high speed internet and fax
